Use of Our Services

Metahempp provides a platform for the sale of Hemp products. You agree to use our services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You are responsible for any activities or actions under your account, whether you have authorized such activities or actions.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to promptly update such information if there are any changes. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card or other payment methods at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

Shipping and Delivery

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery that are beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a defect in the product. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at contactus@metahempp.com within 30 days of receiving the product to request a replacement or refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Metahempp or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from us.

Prohibited Conduct

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Metahempp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Metahempp, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from (i) your use of and access to the services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your use of the services caused damage to a third party.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

LEGAL NOTICE

This website contains images and products made with hemp. While hemp may resemble marijuana, it is legally distinct. Both “marijuana” and “hemp” refer to the cannabis plant. Marijuana is classified as a Schedule I substance under the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) (21 USC § 801 et seq.). In contrast, the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, commonly known as the “2018 Farm Bill,” defines hemp as follows: “The term ‘hemp’ means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.” (2018 Farm Bill, Section 297A)

The 2018 Farm Bill amends the CSA’s definition of marijuana to exclude hemp (Section 12619). Additionally, it prohibits states or Indian tribes from prohibiting the interstate transport or delivery of hemp (Section 10114).‌
